According to the Arkansas Division of Elementary & Secondary Education, “the 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) program supports the creation of community learning centers that provide academic enrichment during non-school hours for children, particularly students who attend high-poverty and low-performing schools.“

 

 

The Strong-Huttig 21st CCLC includes an after school program for students to engage in homework help, arts & crafts, recreational activities, and STEM experiments.
